GoogleAccord Lets are a complete shambles of a company. This letting agency do not care at all about about their tenants. 6 months to fix an issue with the boiler. 2 months to replace a broken washing machine. 1 month to replace a broken fridge with the only offer of a temporary replacement given to us the day before the problem was finally solved. Problems reported on their Fixflo service go completely ignored, it's only after emails (which you're still lucky to get a response to), and phone calls do they get round to thinking about maybe starting to fix the problem. To top things off, after finally moving out, they're trying to place exorbitant charges to our deposit, the worst of which is the charge for the replacement of mattresses. We were not even given new mattresses when we moved in! The charges are currently in dispute with the deposit holding scheme. If you are after a letting agency that show even the smallest amount of competence, stay well away from Accord! *Added 20/09/23* I can't help but notice a slew of 5* reviews for this company recently, 90% of them mentioning staff members by name thanking them for their service. Quite an usual pattern for reviews. Either they have suddenly changed their ways and have become a respectably company, or they are paying for fake reviews...

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting with Mia Harris today for a viewing, and I must say she was absolutely fantastic. Despite my being a few minutes late, she remained incredibly courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that she didn't rush the viewing; instead, she took the time to provide comprehensive details about the property, addressing all the necessary questions, some of which I hadn't even thought to ask. Mia's professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive experience were truly remarkable.
