GoogleWhile it may seem unusual to give an estate agent/letting agent five stars (!), Acccord seem to me to be on the ball, respond to e-mails quickly, sort tenant's problems promptly and satisfactorily.
J**a, on the lettings side, has been almost instant is respondiong to and sorting out matters and sales give me honest, if sometimes unwelcome, opinion on the market, etc.
No one's perfect but Accord are good, in an often difficult and fractious part of the economy.

GoogleAccord Lettings Agents have been absolutely unprofessional and their staff has been rude and definitely lack problem solving skills. After renting a property with them for almost two years, there was a burglary and three weeks later the broken entrance to the property has not been fixed. On top of that when visiting their office their office coordinator Nadine Johnson told me that: "If you don't feel safe in the property just hand in your keys and leave" Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour from that person. I would advise them to train their office coordinators better

GoogleAccord provides great services, as a tenant I can say that they have a very good customer service team with proper apps or contacts in place for reporting any repairs/maintainance within the property. I need to appreciate my property manager Mr. Correy Carrington for his timely response, follow ups and support for the issues raised. Sometimes there will be delays to get the relevant works done (but most of the time it depends upon the approvals, communications with landlords etc.) but overall I am satisfied with the services they offer. And I surely recommend Accord for others as well.
