GoogleI enterred my tenancy at I Land in birmingham city centre, and Accord Letting was being very helpful throughout the period.I felt the agent has good knowledge of the local renting market and was able to recommend me good choice of properties. Going forward, it would be great if Accord agent could response to our ordering requests quickly as well despite their busy schedule and different client comittment. Overall, I found the agent very helpful and I would recommend to my friends.

GoogleSimon Alteen provided an excellent explanation and description to us in a very patient manner. He was very polite and passionate about serving people, even though we are not actual customers (viewing for my friend), but only potential ones.

GoogleI called the agency on a Thursday afternoon: after expressing my interest for a property and left a voicemail to book for a viewing (the agency had closed in the meantime), the next day I was told that I had not been registered and that it was no longer possible to view the house. No chance at all. I was very disappointed - I expected more for a client who was really interested to rent one of their properties.NegativeProfessionalism

She was very competent and kept in regular communication with me until the issue was resolved. She was also easy to get hold of and if Cheryl wasn't available then there was always another member of the team on-hand to assist.
