GoogleAccord Letting Agents have been managing my property for nearly 3 years now. I live 100 miles away and it can be difficult to arrange repairs or offer views to prospective tenants. They’ve been really good at sorting everything out. Cheryl Quinney is really good at sorting out any minor repairs or niggles with the property on my behalf.

GoogleDawn Olorenshaw and Catherine Cutts from Accord Let’s have been fantastic. They have been so attentive to each issue I have reported and they were fantastic advocates against external agencies who tried to dupe us into paying money that was not our responsibility to pay. I appreciate all they have done for me and my family and continue to do. In my experience in renting, it has mainly been an uphill struggle so I try to deal with issues myself. With the first initial issue I faced in my home that needed a repair, I reported to Accords Let’s, I was a bit apprehensive but I found fantastic support from Dawn and Catherine who reassured me, listened to me and fought my corner when being duped. So thank you for restoring my confidence in letting agents and being so supportive.
