GoogleDear Mr Watts.... you have replied to my google review .... 'Leslie sorry you had some issues but you can't actually book a viewing direct through our website and all requests go direct to the office. Can we help you re-book something? ' I do understand that a direct booking cant be made via the website BUT... Your website clearly invites you to 'arrange a viewing' and details are required to do so....name e mail telephone number etc.... I completed the details on a Friday evening.... yet no one contacted me for days .... i didn't want to knock on the door of the house.... i tried to follow protocols..... by Wednesday i was getting worried that you may have overlooked my request to arrange a viewing...so i rang your office and guess what the house in question had been sold just 24 hours earlier.... my request was made the day that the "for-sale sign" went up....and was ignored by your office. this is clearly not a great service for any of your customers..... and not the first time i have experienced this issue with Robert Watts. i am not impressed at all.

Leslie sorry you had some issues but you can't actually book a viewing direct through our website and all requests go direct to the office. Can we help you re-book something? Leslie - thank you for highlighting the issue which we will look into and we apologise for not receiving the request. We would however always urge interested parties to call us as we have a 24 hour call answering service so we will always get back to you.

GoogleBooked a valuation yesterday for 2 days time. Notified the tenant who re arranged his appointments to accommodate the visit. Today, less than 24 hours after I booked it, I get a call cancelling the appointment. When I asked why all I was told was, "the valuer cant get there". Very very poor service. Disappointing when you're trying to give a local company business to be let down like this. If you cant get the very first step right how will you conduct yourself through a sale to fruition?

GoogleFrom word go this company was honest, reliable and professional. They said they'd sell our house, and they did exactly that within good timescales. Always kept in contact with me and kept me updated of progress. I personally liked that they have offices locally where you can speak to the agents face to face. Would have no problem using again or recommending to others.

GoogleRecently purchased my new family home in Birkenshaw through Robert Watts and was very impressed with their service. They kept me up to date with any developments as well as weekly updates when we were waiting for conveyancing. They were very understanding with moving dates as we moved from quite a way away. Its a shame that hopefully we will never have to use them again as we have found our forever home. Highly recommended, and who wouldn't want to live in lovely Birkenshaw?!

They were always positive and helpful and really great with communication which my own estate for my sale was lacking. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
