GoogleBuyer - Bought a house that was being sold by Michael Poole and found the experience quite painless for a first-time buyer. There were a few snags, where there were some miscommunication (Which I cannot say was their fault). But overall, a good experience. Gillian Lowth particularly was always polite when I spoke to her, to the point where she recognised my number and knew me by name. I really hope that when I come to buy my next property, I work with her on the purchase. Absolute star.. MP Pay her more and make sure you keep her!

We have recently had a valuation and subsequently listed our property for sale, following the service we received from Jack. Whilst we could have used a cheaper agent, we felt the service and professionalism from Jack was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions relating to the selling process. The listing process was very efficient, and we hope to see prospective buyers soon.

I had the pleasure of having Tom McCaffrey and Ruby Townsend help me throughout the sale of my property. Their communication was excellent, making sure I was receiving updates with every step of the process, and they found me a buyer for the exact price I wanted very quickly. As I was unable to travel to the property due to busy schedule and personal reasons, the Michael Poole Team took care of everything on my behalf, making sure I received pictures I needed for the documentation process, doing the viewings, and providing the keys to the new landlord and going above and beyond anything I needed guidance or support on. My experience with the Michael Poole team has been excellent and I can only thank them for everything, highly recommend them.

It’s been such a long, stressful process but Emeline has answered everything, she’s reassured me throughout and she’s gone above and beyond to get me the answers or reassurances I’ve needed. GoogleI recently purchased a house that Steve and Denise were handling the sale of. I cannot speak highly enough of them both. Nothing was to much trouble for them. As with all house purchases at times it proved to be very stressful. Steve and Denise were always on hand to smooth things out and offer reassurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are both very professional, whilst offering a personal service. Wishing you both continued success. You really do deserve it.
