The team are fantastic, always available to answer questions and provide support whenever needed. The probate section has been especially valuable, as it’s a brilliant feature for building partnerships with solicitors. A great CRM backed by an even better team.

I have Been renting through MP for 9+ years but I had to leave due to LL selling, I’ve had no trouble with MP up until I was leaving, I had no contact or help from anybody after the sect 21 to help me find anything new?, eventually after finding a new property to rent I had issues with them delaying my reference despite not missing a payment in 9 years!! I’m glad I cancelled my Standing order as I was billed for the month after my tenancy ended as they had failed to update Melanie in accounts that I had gone. I received no apology, just a standard response “system hadn’t been updated” -I left my flat in great condition and it’s 3 weeks before I get my deposit back , I can afford it but how are people supposed to pay a deposit whilst waiting repayment of another. Not good enough.i was thinking about 4 stars however decided on 3, when you can spend an lifetime in building a legacy up but it takes one stupid mistake in letting it fail! Shame

We chose Michael Poole Billingham office because of its reputation, From start to finish Molly and the team have been amazing. We completed our sale on 25th March, Molly kept us fully up to date every step of the way, quick response to emails and phone calls, liased with our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the estate agents of the property we were purchasing. I can highly recommend 100% thank you to the team.

We viewed a property that was for sale with Micheal Poole on December 30th 2025 and made an offer via email on the 30th. Although the office was closed on the 31st the office manager rang me from home. The offer was accepted. Though out the whole process Marian Gilhooly constantly kept in touch with updates. She was supportive, encouraging when things slowed down and incredibly helpful and professional. I don’t think that anything was too much trouble for her , she simply could not do enough for us. We are looking forward to receiving the keys to our new home next week and also looking forward to seeing Marian again.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Paul highly enough. We had great advice throughout, and were really impressed with the quality of advert that was created for out property. Paul created a sale strategy for is which led to 10+ viewings on a single day and several offers on the first weekend the house was on the market. The agents are always contactable and keep you regularly updated.

GoogleAn absolute shocking service. Have been with this company since 2010 and it has never been as bad as this. I am trying to get through to support and have been disconnected now 12 times (and counting), after about 30 seconds. I have also tried to contact them through their online support service but they are not online at the moment! Atrocious, absolutely atrocious!!!

Whilst we could have used a cheaper agent, we felt the service and professionalism from Jack was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions relating to the selling process. GoogleBuyer - Bought a house that was being sold by Michael Poole and found the experience quite painless for a first-time buyer. There were a few snags, where there were some miscommunication (Which I cannot say was their fault). But overall, a good experience. Gillian Lowth particularly was always polite when I spoke to her, to the point where she recognised my number and knew me by name. I really hope that when I come to buy my next property, I work with her on the purchase. Absolute star.. MP Pay her more and make sure you keep her!
