We have had a great experience with Michael Poole. From start to finish, they have done everything we asked, advice, requests, changes to marketing, extra photos, videos, social media plugs, nothing was too much trouble. I do not understand how this firm is rated 4.8 when 10% of the reviews are 1 star and nearly all are complain about misrepresentation. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO TRUSTPILOT ABOUT THIS BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED. Estate Agents generally hide behind caveat emptor rules to enable the vendor to hide undesirable aspect of the property for sale. But this the first time (and I have bought and sold many houses in my life time) I have come across a fact stated in a advert that was known to be untrue by the agent. I complained to the Managing director Richard Poole by email and written letter but both were ignored. However copies of these sent to the auctioneer were acted upon. Personally I will avoid this estate agent and recommend others to do so.
