GoogleI have already recommended Bunk to anyone who is even vaguely interested! They've been wonderful in letting my flat. They organised tenants moving out, returning deposits, inventory, transfer of bills, finding new tenants, moving them in, references, repairs, maintenance and monthly payments. All this for quite a lot less than the previous agent charged for simply finding a tenant. All round excellent...

GoogleI have used the Let Check company as a landlord for 2 years now and have to say I have been impressed with their service and professionalism. In my latest contact with them this month where they were to complete a “check out” followed by a “check in” for the same property the service worked well. This process was completely smooth and I now have new tenants and the security of a concise inventory report. I would recommend them in the future for other landlords.
