Very professional, knowledgable and always responsive from start to finish on our sale, but the standout for me has been the quality of the communication. GoogleI am a landlord and have used Letcheck since 2016. Since they have been unfailingly reliable and efficient, as well as inexpensive, I have no reason to look for an alternative company! The quality of the photos is good and I feel as though the inventory clerk’s comments are comprehensive and accurate. I have never had any complaints from tenants that the check in or check out reports are inaccurate. Communication with the bookings team is extremely straightforward. Would recommend.

GoogleMichael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy. Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.

GoogleWithout doubt, the most useless conveyancing company that i have come across in almost 30 years. The total lack of communication between them, the clients and their appointed firms of Lawyers was nothing short of a joke. Estate agents jobs are to make the conveyancers life as easy as possible, impossible when there is no communication. Emails were sent to all levels of authority and none were replied to. I ought to mention Dan, who I believe was the new business development manager, tough task when you don’t have the relationship with appointed lawyers but he tried. A good idea but the execution is non existent. Stay clear of them if you wish to retain any credibility for your personal and professional reputation. They only have one star as I can’t give a -5!
