The marketing process was articulated in a clear way and I really felt they were motivated to sell on my behalf. We would like to recommend Harvey Robinson to anyone who needs an Estate Agent that really cares for customers and focus on their customers first. Our experience with Harvey Robinson has been very good since we decided to go with them. They helped us all the way with our sale. They guided us, replied any enquiry pretty much instantly and always answered the phone when we needed to speak with them. From the viewings with their instant feedback, we just loved how quickly we received the feedback so we could check immediately how it went the visit. Really bad experience with this agent. The house I purchased was in a much worse state when I moved in to how it looked when I viewed. There were numerous, quite serious issues with it, but the agent couldn't care less. They were happy to cover up these problems to sell the property and then pretend they knew nothing about them.

Not Just an Estate Agent! The Team at Harvey Robinson have changed my perception of Estate Agents. I have moved five times during the last 30 years and always brought new builds, which comes with it's own unique challenges. This time around, couple that with an incompetent solicitor only added to an already stressful process. I can honestly say Mathew (Jones) saved our sanity. Unfortunately for Mathew, because he is so helpful and very knowledgeable (sorry Mathew for blowing up your phone on a regular basis), I ended up going to him for answers and clarification my incompetent solicitor should have been assisting me with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always 100% professional. Harvey Robinson helped us get our dream home and we will always be grateful to them.
