My wife and I viewed two properties at the weekend and were shown round by Ed Martin. We have subsequently had an offer accepted on a property with another agent but wanted to provide some feedback regarding the viewings provided by Ed. Over the last couple of weekends I have viewed about 13 properties with a number of estate agents in the local area and would say that Ed was one of the best estate agents that we met. I requested a valuation on my home as I wasn’t sure whether to sell or not, Matthew from Biggleswade attended my home, firstly he was so polite and very helpful. I explained I wasn’t sure whether to sell or obtain a new mortgage. He valued my home at a very good price but directed me to their local mortgage broker who contacted me straight away and now I’m lucky enough to stay in my home with a very good new mortgage offer.
