Great service from Harvey Robinson they did all the visits as the property was vacant, very good sales information and they were great in the final few weeks when input was needed to get all parties sorted for exchange and completion.

We bought our property through Harvey Robinson and Sophie and Sam were exceptional all the way through. Sophie was great in terms of keeping us updated and chasing the chain and the solicitors for us. Would highly recommend Harvey Robinson Biggleswade.

We saw 2 properties with Charlie-Mai in Biggleswade and she may be the best property agent we have ever dealt with. What a refreshing change from the agents who follow you around offering insights like ‘this is the kitchen’! She was bright, friendly and very accommodating with great communication. She asked intelligent questions about our situation and then offered suggestions for how the properties could suit our needs. She also listened to any reservations we had and was able to suggest potential solutions. She had an excellent knowledge of the properties she was representing, the area and the market. As you can tell I was very impressed.

As an estate agent myself, I don’t think I’ve ever written a review about another agent before, but Amber and Sophie at Harvey Robinson in Biggleswade absolutely deserve the recognition. …

Sophie and Sam looked after the sale excellently! The service provided throughout was beyond what I had expected; both in terms of professionalism and communication. A few examples of things I valued: - No question was a stupid question - I did not experience any delays or issues when trying to contact them - A change I suggested to the listing was made within minutes of posting (on a Saturday) - Feedback after viewings was always prompt and informative. Furthermore, they assisted with the fact that I was away from the property, making arrangements for EPC assessment to take place. Very happy that I chose to sell with the HR Team!

Couldnt be better

5* Service, 5* Communication 5* Staff from start to finish. Whilst 2 other well known estate agents locally failed to sell our property, HR did exactly what they said they would do, Use their superior knowledge of the Biggleswade area to get us a sale. All the staff were great, but Sophie is a name that stood out for us time and time again. she never let us down once, and throughout the whole process, we were let down a lot from other third parties. she is an absolute credit to the company and I would have no hesitancy at recommending not just HR, but her to anyone. she clearly cares about the job at hand and constantly makes you feel like you are the only client she has to deal with. I cannot thank Sophie enough for the service she provided, We would not be where we are now without her. the best.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! We sold and bought through Harvey Robinson and cannot fault the service we received from them. We received regular updates as promised and they were always available to answer any queries we had. They acted quickly on our behalf to chase outstanding actions from other parties going above and beyond on a number of occasions! We really were made to feel like we were their only clients. They made a potentially stressful move run very smoothly. We can't recommend and thank them enough.

I rented a flat through Harvey Robinson Huntingdon team

I rented a flat through Harvey Robinson’s Huntingdon lettings team and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. When I moved in, the property had several flaws that were never addressed, despite me raising them multiple times in person. The washroom was not cleaned properly and had permanent stains throughout the toilet. We didn’t even use the curtains, yet they are now claiming that the damage was caused by us.
