From the first contact with Harvey Robinson in Biggleswade, the experience was nothing but fantastic! The speed at which the house was assessed, photographed and advertised and the continuous support from Sophie and Matt were second to none. I first spoke to Matt on a Saturday, the photographs were taken on Tuesday, the house was on the market by Wednesday and I had a significant interest and viewings on Saturday (a week since the initial chat with Harvey Robinson). The professional advertising campaign and the use of great photos, 360' pictures and a virtual tour of the house resulted in 2 offers after the first day of viewing and the house was sold above the asking price. If I ever find myself to be selling another house, I would certainly use Harvey Robinson.

I don’t often write reviews but i had to show my appreciation to Harvey Robinson, all the team are lovely, friendly, helpful and professional, we had a nightmare journey with our sale and purchase thanks to very bad solicitors but Harvey Robinson we’re there every step of the way, especially Katie Taylor I can not thank her enough for her determination and hard work with pushing our case through, we would without a doubt not be moving next week if it wasn’t for her and we are extremely grateful to her and all the team, they have a huge range of knowledge on all aspects of the process and no question is too much, if there was one thing I did right in this process choosing Harvey Robinson was it! I would 1000% recommend them. Once again thank you Matthew and Katie and team for all your hard work.

I sold my house earlier this year with Harvey Robinson and the whole journey with them was excellent from the house valuation to completion. They had an excellent knowledge of the market and provided evidence to back up their valuation, which made me feel more at ease. Our house sold within two weeks which was excellent and during that time Joel and Mathew were brilliant at giving feedback from viewings soon after they’d happened so we were fully aware of everything that was happening at all stages. Both Mathew and Joel listened to what we’d like in our next house and we’re excellent at trying to find us houses to view that matched that which we appreciated. They were both very prompt and answering my many questions throughout the process and kept me updated and how things were progressing. As we neared the stamp duty holiday deadline Justin took over trying to make sure our sale and purchase went through on time and was in daily communication and helped us get there in time which made a stressful time more bearable. We can’t thank the whole team enough for their help with selling our house and we’d highly recommend them.

We recently sold our property through the Biggleswade branch of Harvey Robinson. A lovely friendly team, Matthew and Sophie were great throughout. We had viewings and a sale on the first day of putting the house on the market. We ran into some delays caused by a buyer further down the chain and Sophie did everything she could to find out the problem and liased with the agents and solicitors to get things moving. She kept us updated on a regular basis and if it wasn't for her hard work we may not have successfully moved on our completion day. We are just about to complete the process of selling our house with Harvey Robinson, and we could not be happier! Joel and Mathew were extremely professional, even taking into account we did all of this while going through a pandemic.
