Could have given 100 stars but it had only 5 :) - My experience with Harvey Robinson(Sophie and Sam) was exceptional, especially considering that this was my first property purchase, and I am relatively new to the country. Prior to finding them, the process of searching for a home and understanding what steps to take was quite a nightmare. However, Harvey Robinson made the entire journey stress-free and enjoyable. They exhibited the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me. It's worth noting that they stepped out of their comfort zone to cater to my unique situation. Their network of solicitors and mortgage advisers proved invaluable support, turning a once stressful process into a genuinely pleasant experience. From the beginning to the end of my home-buying journey, I couldn't be happier. A special shoutout to Sophie for her exceptional support, even taking on the responsibility of chasing people on my behalf when I was unavailable. In just around two months, I managed to find the perfect property, secure my mortgage and sort out my conveyancing, and even take a 25-day vacation abroad, all while still receiving my keys on the agreed-upon date. Thank you so much Sophie, you are the best. Without a doubt, I will return to Harvey Robinson for my future homes. A special thanks to Sam, who showed us various properties with great politeness and flexibility to accommodate my schedule. We would 100% recommend Harvey Robinson. When we started the process of selling our house, we didn’t know much at all about how it all worked. Sophie came to see us and immediately put us at ease with her friendly manner and explaining everything so clearly. Whilst 2 other well known estate agents locally failed to sell our property, HR did exactly what they said they would do, Use their superior knowledge of the Biggleswade area to get us a sale. All the staff were great, but Sophie is a name that stood out for us time and time again. she never let us down once, and throughout the whole process, we were let down a lot from other third parties. she is an absolute credit to the company and I would have no hesitancy at recommending not just HR, but her to anyone. she clearly cares about the job at hand and constantly makes you feel like you are the only client she has to deal with. My husband & I can't express enough how incredible our experience was with Harvey Robinson. We tried to sell with another estate agents before COVID hit and we just felt like we were put on the backburner to be forgotten about. Our property was a flat which are always a bit more challenging to sell but Harvey Robinson was extremely pro-active in seeking out every opportunity for us to sell our place. We had a NIGHTMARE with our solicitors and Sophie was incredible with getting updates for us even though it wasn't Harvey Robinson's fault. There was never a single day where I felt the service from Sophie was lacking, and even when she was off the rest of the team were picking up her work effortlessly as though they'd been involved from the start. We bought our next property without an estate agent as it was a new build but because we used the recommended solicitors, Sophie extended her assistance to help us move things along with the solicitor. They had no responsibility to help us with our onward purchase, but chose to anyway. Sophie was always happy to help and never forgot about us. I will be honest in admitting how sceptical I was in the validity of the 5 star reviews they boast but having chosen them we can see exactly how they earned all of those reviews. These guys work so damn hard, they truly don't deserve anything less than 5 star reviews. We would 100000% be happy to do business with them again. Biggleswade is so lucky to have them around, and it's no wonder there are so many sold Harvey Robinson signs around town!

Harvey Robinson Biggleswade were extremely helpful and very professional. I had originally signed up with another agent but had to change due to their less than stellar performance. In particular I'd like to thank Mathew for his help in getting my sale completed, given the two main issues that existed during the process. I also want to thank him for his extra effort in looking out for the property when it was vacant for an extended period of time. From the start Sophie was very professional and friendly when she came and valued our home, and again when she came to take the photos.
