GoogleFinders Keepers are great! Finders keepers are an excellent letting agency. The moving in and letting process was very smooth and the checking out process was even better. The letting agent, Eleanor (Bicester) was so incredibly helpful and attentive. She was able to provide very reasonable quotes for check out procedures and organised everything for me, during a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend using Finders Keepers. Thank you Eleanor for your help!

GoogleWe've recently completed a move using Finders Keepers and we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. We let our current property and the whole process from viewing the property, signing the contracts, arranging additional viewings, and moving into our new home went as smooth as can be. I particularly appreciated how responsive and timely the whole process went, including my random questions. FK is top notch and I definitely recommend using them. Thanks FK for everything!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotBeware of Finders Keepers'
Beware of Finders Keepers' Their disregard for the truth continues. After my unfavourable review of them yesterday I read their reply which was that I was satisfied with the discussion Gareth Gould & I had re my complaint. Quite untrue. Their spokesperson said they would be happy to discuss it further but tho' I tried to speak to her or Gareth Gould or the MD, Paul Rushworth, yesterday afternoon no-one has bothered to contact me. I am putting in a TPO complaint to The Property Ombudsman.

GoogleI own several properties in Bicester & have used the Bicester office since it opened to manage them. I appreciate how the properties are looked after as I want my tenants to enjoy good quality accommodation. I dislike agents who say "it's just a rental property" and this office have never treated my properties as such. They work with me to provide solutions for tenant needs if required and I appreciate this as I want my tenants to be happy and settled in their homes. I also appreciate the long-term relationship I have with the office staff and enjoy working with them. They are flexible about who repairs the properties too, which is appreciated. Happy to recommend.

Finders Keepers are way ahead of other agents in terms of knowledge, efficiency and helpfulness. I've worked with them for 20 years. They helped my son as a student tenant and more recently me as a landlord representative in my work and landlord in my own right. Helen Dunn, in particular, is highly capable and I rely on her to deal with the legal paperwork and trust her to make sure I'm fully current with regulations and documents.

GoogleFinders Keepers is one of the best agencies I had so far. Kieran our property manager helped us all this time with some enquire we might have had. We never faced any issue with the agency the 3.5 years we were renting the house theyβd manage. Really smooth check out process without any issues.
This is a great review to read. I'm sure Kieran will also be really pleased to see it, thank you! Victoria (FK)

GoogleAvoid them if you can. No answer I'm still waiting for a call back since the beginning of December (it's 7th Jan now) for something "quick" they were going to check. Not specific, clear, direct or accurate about the requirements from the landlord. Honestly felt treated like a second class citizen.
We are sorry to hear of your experience, of course this is never how we want a client to feel. After checking with a colleague our understanding is that you were advised that the landlord did not wish to proceed with any viewings on the property until it was completely ready, as some landlords choose to do. We are led by our landlords instructions and therefore could not proceed with a viewing. If you are still looking for a property, please do not hesitate to contact our team. Joanne (FK)

GoogleLovely agency with incredible agents. Worked hard to get us a place even when oneβs we applied to fell through. Luke in particular helped so much and we couldnβt be happier with the place we ended up at.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
