GoogleAbsolutely awful. They were supposed to be dealing with an urgent emergency in my home, they closed the shop and went home. No courtesy call, nothng! Absolute awful service for tenants.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Our property management service aims to not only look after the landlord's property, but support the tenant throughout their time there. As such, I am sorry to read that you feel that certain matters were not resolved in the way you’d hoped. Many aspects of property management are carried out under the landlord’s instruction, and not all estate-related tasks are managed or completed by our preferred contractors. This can occasionally affect how quickly, or thoroughly certain issues are addressed. However, we always aim to resolve any issues raised within a reasonable timeframe. I've checked with the Office Manager of our Banbury branch regarding your concerns around water charges. They have confirmed that all matters related to water usage, billing, and meter readings are handled directly by the estate, and if any discrepancies arise, tenants are encouraged to raise them so they can be properly investigated. We do appreciate the fourteen years you spent at the property and wish you every happiness in your new home and all the best for the future. Victoria (FK)
