Avoid them if you can. No answer I'm still waiting for a call back since the beginning of December (it's 7th Jan now) for something "quick" they were going to check. Not specific, clear, direct or accurate about the requirements from the landlord. Honestly felt treated like a second class citizen.

Tried to keep allot of my deposit very unfairly. If renting in Bicester I would recommend to avoid Finders Keepers at all costs. Their reviews from tenants seem to be bad and from landlords good, this speaks volumes about their priorities. The photos below are what we had to live with for months un till we left. Do not use these cowboys they have no interest In their tenants and no interest in maintaining properties to a habitable standard, we made multiple requests for this mould to be sorted and always had to pay full rent even when we went elsewhere because we found the house uninhabitable. Also notice how all of their recent 5 star reviewers have not reviewed anything else but this place ever, rookie error for fake reviews. As I said cowboys and charlatans.

Liers and con artists!£1350 a month for a house with mice (apparently just part of living in the country so not dealt with), no working shower or bath! As previous reviewer stated, blamed us for their cheap workmen who after more than a year and a number of tenants couldn’t stop the shower leaking through the ceiling over the Exposed live wires of the unsafe lights!Told us when we moved in what things were going to be fixed and they never were, and then found out from neighbours THEY GIVE KEYS TO CONTRACTORS TO ENTER THE PROPERTY WHILST YOURE NOT THERE!!!!

Wholly unprofessional. They don't bother responding to emails. Rude. They don't return calls. Rude. When you finally track someone down after numerous calls they are just.... Rude! Their attitude towards tennants stinks. They promote themselves as a 'Premium' Agency, but that premium is sadly lacking in their service. The only premium thing about them is the prices they charge. If you're expecting to be treated with respect, and are looking for an agent that will attend to your enquiries and maintenance issues promptly, and with professionalism... Look elsewhere.
