GoogleWe have just sold very recently our property with Castles and are totally delighted with the service we received at the Berkhamsted branch: from business strategy, attention to our specific needs ( including having to adjust viewings around our kids homeschooling and the pandemic restrictions), prompt feed backs and follow ups to our questions and concerns from all of the team members. We were impressed by the advertising strategy and particularly the video tour of the property which came on top of the very professional photos and did justice to all the refurbishment and renovation work we did ahead of selling and did highlight the advantages of the property location.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWhilst our search didn’t ultimately end in a purchase in Berkhamsted, we were left with a great impression of Castles. Callum, in particular, clearly cared about what we were looking to buy and was always keen to update us on new properties coming to market. Fully recommend them for your search!

GoogleSam and the team were fantastic in supporting my parents through their recent move. Twenty-One years ago they helped me moved and now have done the double. Would definitely be using them for any future sale or purchase.

GoogleIndia helped us to sell our house in June 2022, and find a new property. She was incredibly responsive, calling up to provide feedback after every viewing, and helping us to sort out any bumps. Best of all we felt she was fair and kept our buyer happy too- making it a good moving experience for all of us.

GoogleFrom start to finish Castles has restored our faith in estate agents! In just over a week we saw a house, put an offer in, had ours put on the market and sold it - all thanks to the hard work and dedication of Aaron. His enthusiasm and professionalism when dealing with us was second to none...and we loved his videos! Subsequently the staff at Castles dealt with our queries patiently and in a friendly manner, despite very difficult Covid restraints. We made it! - thank you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCallum arrived at the property early and introduced himself properly in a very welcoming manner, he showed us around the property answering all the questions showing good knowledge of the area, also some of the more detailed questions l had Callum emailed me within 30mins and followed up with a phone call to make sure we didn’t miss the email! First class Callum and good luck with the future

GoogleProfessional service from start to finish. As a highly driven and motivated client that on a professional level works with the development industry, I expect high standards and Castles delivered on their promise, and ultimately that is all that counts. The young dynamic of the office is a refreshing take on Estate Agency, and firmly puts this business at the forefront of the market in the area.

GoogleCastles Berkhamsted - extremely professional team! We all have stereotypes of what an 'estate agent' is like but Steve, Ciara and Max know their stuff, are not pushy, listen and give you excellent advice. Steve came for the initial visit and he was the main reason we committed to Castles. He was thorough, had done his research and was able to advise sensibly on next steps. The photographs looked amazing and they sensitively told us the best ways to present our home. They sold our house in 2 days!

GoogleWonderful estate agent. Ian really helped so much in getting our purchase over the line after some difficult conveyancers. Would definitely use again

GoogleAaron came to value our house on a no obligation basis. I was impressed by his thoughtful and modern approach to how the house would be marketed if we choose to sell. This was borne out by the impressive and eye catching valuation report that he promptly issued following our meeting. We would have no hesitation in approaching Castles if we choose to sell.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleVery happy with how Castles handled our purchase. A very complicated chain which they managed brilliantly and supported us. A great team.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation and advice on how to present the property we have been very impressed by the service provided. We decided to appoint Castles as our agents , the property was photographed and advertised on line in very quick time. Within a short space of time there was a constant flow of viewings and Castles kept us informed us step by step, an offer was made and accepted. We cannot thus far fault the service we have been provided.

GoogleFriendly, professional, approachable, courteous and easy to deal with. Particularly courteous and approachable during the valuation, marketing and viewing processes. Especially professional throughout the legal processes after acceptance of offer. And all the way through to completion. Castles Berkhamsted have sold two houses for me in as many years. Both have sold quickly and efficiently. We sold a third through a different agent and very much regret not using Castles given the very different experience. We felt that agent worked for the buyer not us, the seller. That's not the case with Castles.
