GoogleJust completed 5 days ago with Castles in Berkhamsted. From the first time I met India and Calum, I knew I was in safe and capable hands. They closed out the chain swiftly with confidence and then navigated a tricky seller up the chain to allow for a completion. 5 star review - well done Castles!

GoogleIndia, the Senior Negotiator, ultimately helped me secured a lovely property that I moved into a week ago. She was aware of the type of property I required and kept me informed of new properties coming onto their books. She was always helpful and professional, and I am happy to recommend her and Castles to others.

GoogleGreat service and value for money. Sold within six weeks in a very flat market. Viewings were constant and consistent. Recommend the whole team for buying and selling.

GoogleMax and the team have been really helpful & professional in handling our purchase of a property they were marketing. Great service & would recommend.

GoogleMostly really good, the negative points were with people that have since left. My house was a very unique one to sell which was gladly taken on by castles. When the house eventually sold the sales progresser (Victoria) was great. I had regular updates and wasn’t left in the dark which has happened previously. Overall a good estate agents.

GoogleWe are in the process of buying a property through Castles and I really want to express how professional and detailed their sales assistants / agents are. We were shown around the property by Lynsey, who greeted us with warmth and professionalism. She was very well informed, and answered all of our questions with clarity and honesty. No hard sale, no pressure just a very pleasurable experience.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have had such a positive experience with Castles in the sale of our property. Kiera, Max, Steve and Sam (at the Boxmoor Office) guided us through the whole process and were always on hand to help with every issue we encountered on the way. Kiera even canvased some roads we liked to help us find the right property to purchase. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleCastles continued to support us through the sale of our property, even as the chain broke down twice in the current exceptional climate. Their advice was always valued. Their post sales support was exemplary and we have successfully completed on our sale. They were cost effective and provided Quality of Service that you won't find from internet only or some other estate agents. Happy to recommend them.
