FacebookYou know what its like, you want to put your house on the market and move on. You have a rough idea of what you want, where you want to be. Then it hits you!!!!! The dreaded Estate Agent.....You know the people, talk the talk but don't always walk the walk. Fills you with dreaded fear....Until I came across Morgan Brookes. But, to be honest, I cant remember if I contacted them or they contacted me after I plunged my big to into the housing market on Right Move. Charlie from the sales team rang me, we had a nice informal, no hard sell chat about the current market during Covid-19 with no blah blah blah. He came round a couple of days later, took pictures, measured up had another nice discussion about the best way forward, and the current market conditions in my area which I thought was very professional, as he came prepared with detailed documentation of other houses similar to mine in our area. We went on the market on the 4th June 2020, and both Charlie and Sophie (Sales Co-Ordinator) hit the ground running. Three days after going on sale, we had 9 viewings and Charlie and Sophie took total charge in my house. NOT in their offices. Sofie continued to push our property and every week, she arranged at least three bookings, sometimes in the same day, every week. She even came to my house when there was viewings on a Saturday. Needless to say, with sheer determination from the sales team, we accepted an offer before the month ended. I need not remind anyone of the current state of the housing market, country let alone people opening up their houses to strangers during this time. So I have to say, my wife and I were really impressed with their performance and dedication. It doesn't end there. After the sale was agreed, we were handed over to Toni (Sales Progression), who does all the hand holding throughout the rest of the sale through exchanging to completion. I can honestly say, that I never had to chase Toni on anything, she was always the first to the phone keeping us informed and advising us on the glitchy sticky stuff that awaits us mere mortals. I honestly cannot fault Morgan Brookes. Do I recommend them?.....Yes I do. Would I use them again?....Yes I would. Should you consider using Morgan Brookes?...Yes you should. Go on, jump in. You will be well looked after. Trust me.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic Estate Agents! We bought a house through them however they done more for the sale of our house than the Agents we paid. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were on the ball. Communication was nothing like we've ever experienced before. If we were to move in the future there is no doubt about it that we would go straight to Morgan Brookes. We cannot thank the team enough for everything they done for us.

GoogleVery profession yet friendly estate agents. Everyone who we have dealt with has been pleasant and polite to speak with. We had a viewing with Kai just over a week ago and she was really informative and gave us everything we needed to know, really friendly and made us feel welcome.
