When you are (just) in your eighties and downsizing for the final time after more than a year of rentals on the North Island and then in Seaview, you need all the moral support you can get. The Bembridge branch held our hand throughout the stressful buying process and were always on hand with comfort, as well as acting as go-between with the vendor in London. Full marks for such a professional service!

I cannot speak high enough of Sam and the Bembridge team. It was very hard selling our mother’s property, but they showed kindness, empathy and total commitment to helping us through the process. Their market knowledge, communication with the solicitors and buyers was first class, having achieved asking price as well. They went further too in helping on practical matters, nothing was beyond them. Absolutely superb.
