I recently sold my elderly mother's property on her behalf through the Bembridge office. From the very start the whole team were friendly and approachable, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and unfailingly helpful. High end buyers beware!Do not use Spence Willard unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket (we spent thousands on inspections, solicitor, accountant, filing a Limited Company - after being told in writing that our offer was accepted). We were assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion FOR FOUR MONTHS, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers, DO NOT list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property, as we won't risk further out of pocket expenditures, time wasting, and heartache. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.Abysmal.
