A big THANK YOU to Hannah Cook at Spence Willard!

Hannah Cook was absolutely lovely the entire way through the process and despite a few setbacks she remained cheerful, helpful and positive. What really stands out though is that this wasn't a multimillion £££ purchase but Hannah treated all in the chain to the same high standard as if it were. She made the process feel genuinely personal and went out of her way to solve admin issues which were not really the agents direct responsibility. Based on our experience of Hannah I would highly recommend Spence Willard.

Fantastic communication and unwavering support throughout

We bought via Spence Willard in Freshwater, the whole team was fantastic to deal with, always available and happy to answer questions, fix viewings and gave great insight into a few properties that we were interested in viewing. We did offer on a property and David needs a specific shout out and special thank you for his fantastic communication and support throughout the process. All advice was relevant and helpful, information shared was accurate, it was refreshing to work with someone whom we felt we could trust, especially as a buyer. When the transaction hit a slight wobble or two (through no fault of David or vendors but rather our surveyor and solicitor, I might add) David kept the communication channels open and friendly which led to a successful completion and our very happy family move to the gorgeous Island at last. We highly recommend Spence Willard and will definitely choose to work with them again in the future.

Not Your Normal Estate Agent!

Sam and all involved with Spence Willard, Bembridge, have been wonderful. However, particular praise must go to Sam, Hannah and Lauren who predominately dealt with the sale of our property. Their friendliness belied the utmost professionalism from the first approach in considering the appointment of Spence Willard.We were kept up to date with all due process and diligence from start to completion of the sale. Viewings were dealt courteously and with ease. This was aided by the fact that all staff involved visited our property prior to sale and hence, any enquiries were dealt with knowledge and proficiency.Sam was also very pro-active in sourcing an idyllic rented property for us in Bembridge which is no mean feat!We have no hesitation in highly recommending Spence Willard, Bembridge. They offer something different and very worthwhile from the general standard. In addition, their knowledge of Bembridge and surrounding area of the island is second to none.

Our estate agent Jane Hadlow was great. She gave us two very informative showings, helped me with questions I had about the development, my house insurance and the construction of interior walls. Unfortunately, she left Spence Willard right before I got my keys, and everything fell apart after her departure. I moved into an unfinished home that had paint all over the floor, and numerous snagging issues. I feel like things would have gone much more smoothly had Jane still been my point of contact. Very disappointing experience for a new build property.

We purchased a house here on the Isle of Wight through the Yarmouth office. From our first visit to picking up the keys, Spence Willard - in the shape of Lesley Samson - were really helpful and friendly.
