GoogleI came to England because of a nice job opportunity so I quickly needed to rent a flat. Despite my busy agenda and my poor knowledge of English accomodation renting processes, they assisted me from start to end by mail and phone. They even stayed later at work on the evening to allow me to meet them. Thanks!

GoogleVery poor communication when trying to leave a property despite them jumping to your finger click when you want a property. Chasing them for days to get things sorted. Very unhappy. Hope this review wont get deleted like the last one.

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience, took them 2 days to call me back, then they did not know why they were asked to call me, then guy did not listen to my questions and started talking out of sense (not answering what I was asking about at all) so I told him I was terminating the call. Also, eight years ago I purchased property via them - there were 3 viewings and they never, not once, went with me to the property (!) What are they charging for I I have no clue cose this is the worst service I ever experienced. Avoid !

GoogleOnly helpful till they have their contract with you. Other than that they take forever to put requests through. We've had to go through our landlord several time because of Connells incompetence. Our landlord gets the job done faster once we get in touch with him. Connells also lied to us our landlord wants to increase our rent and told him vise versa. Always check with your landlords. These guys are sneaky and try to mess things up all the time. Absolutely useless!

GoogleRental Property became available on the Saturday, called at 10:00 for a viewing, was assured a callback, No response. Waited till Monday, now anxious that we would lose the rental called @ 8:30, asked to take the property without viewing. Assured it could be done and was told once again we'd be called back. Nothing again. Called them all day (5 times) on Tuesday, no answer. Called on Wednesday, property is gone. What a s***show, would be 0 stars if it could be.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleExceptional service !!! I have used several estate agents for the various properties in my BTL portfolio but the experience with Connells has been the best. Zoe (the staff who related with me) was exceptional, very professional and friendly, she handled the let of my flat (at Arrowhead house) from inception of the process when I called to make enquiries. She found suitable tenant within a week and was always carrying me along throughout the process and promptly responded to all queries. I would definitely recommend her for an award because she made the whole process look very easy though I know it's not always the case with many other estate agencies. GoogleI had the pleasure of getting in contact with Zoe from Connells when I called for a flat to check if it’s still available. She arranged a viewing for the next day when we fell in love with the flat so we decided to rent it. She made the documents and after the landlord approved, we were able to move in on the day we wanted to, meaning today. Connells’s experience was great, the only con is that the fees are a little bit expensive, but for finding the right home definitely is worthing it.

GoogleI would like to congratulate Ben Stagnel & his team for the very professional service they provide. I rent out a number of properties and am pleased to report that within 24 hours of advertising with Connells suitable tenants had been found. Their attention to detail is commendable making sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed which protects not only the tenants but landlords too. I did try another agent previously but unfortunately after 3 weeks no tenants had been found.
