GoogleA very profesional agency. We booked a viewing for a flat and Zoe helped us to schedule it for the same day. She was friendly and helped us to have everything ready for the day that we requested to move. The communication was very good, and everything was straightforward. With the usual stressful dealings with eststate agents, in contrast my dealing with Connells was very pleasant. GoogleWorst company ever. Never pick up their phones. You try and book viewings for property they pro long it and then you end up losing the house because they cant arrange a viewing time. They dont take off adverts that are let agreed either. Waste of time with this company.

GoogleAVOID at all costs, as a tenant they told me repairs to the property would be carried out before i moved in, this was not done. Four months later and paying 900 a month the repairs still haven't been carried out. Left without a working boiler in January with a six month old baby.

From the initial telephone call Connells were extremely efficient, they kept me informed at every step of the process and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening, who was viewing and what offers had been made.
