GoogleI am currently in the process of a flat move and I am dealing with Sharell Sealey of KFH. Sharell has been extremely helpful thus far, replying to my emails and arranging viewings without any hassle from my point of view. She is attentive to my requests and if she isn't able to provide an immediate answer to a particular question I am confident based on previous dealings that she will do so at the earliest possible opportunity.
I would happily and confidently recommend KFH and in particular Sharell to others when looking to move in the Beckenham area.

GoogleI would like to say big THANK YOU to Billie Blankson for helping us finding our new home. Since the first moment I had a great feeling after I spoke on the phone to Billie. We were struggling to find a new place for me, my partner and his son as our annual earnings were refused by every company we tried. But Billie was actually the one who phoned me after I applied for one of your company's offers on the internet. She was very patient and explained me all of the options. That day we've seen a few flats with her and it was actually such a great day, we felt very comfortable having Billie with us, she gave us her opinions, again I have to mention her amazing patience, she gave us time we needed at each property, me and my partner could comfortably talk to her and ask questions. I must say she is doing her job fantastically and naturally. I have never met any estate agent like her and it was a big pleasure to meet her.

GoogleJust wanted to say how pleased I am we chose KFH lettings to help us find our new home. Ismail Huseyin has been exceptionally helpful from the day we met him, always on time, always smiling and very easy to talk to.. Always answering my calls and emails right away, making appointments the time it suits us and very very patient with me 😄 as it's taken me a very long time to find what we need. I'm pretty sure it's only a matter of time until we find our home thanks to Ismail's professionalism.
Thank you KFH! Thank you Ismail!

GoogleHaving dealt with a large number of estate agents in the past 6 months I can honestly say that in my experience KFH of Beckenham have been a cut above the rest. In particular, Sophie Johnson of KFH has set the bench mark for others to follow. Sophie was very professional and had an excellent understand of the housing market and was able to provide me with valuable guidance. Sadly, this was not the case with the vast majority of estate agents I had dealings with.

GoogleI have met Mr Andy Parker three years ago for viewing a property.I did not take the offer than but regret to not doing so.Three months ago was not the question to contact Kfh Beckenham based on the top selection of properties they had.I have met Andy again in the office and he remembered me which demonstrate a person who cares and love what his doing.
Within 24 hours we have been informed that the landlord agreed the conditions and we have a new flat.
I wish to everyone the same professional service to receive as we were able to experience. Thanks for Andy and the team at Kfh Beckenham they are true ambassadors of the firm and the wright example for others on the market.

GoogleWe used KFH to replace another agent after 6 weeks without any serious buyer. (Note: we were initially reluctant to use KFH Beckenham due to a bad impression when looking to buy a property a couple of years before.)
When we contacted KFH, from the onset and throughout the process KFH has been very professional. They secured a buyer in less than 2 weeks that the property was on the market. They followed through regularly to progress to exchange. They were always quick to reply and reliable
We recommend KFH Beckenham to sell your property.
Special thanks to Anca and Siobhan for their help.

GoogleIsmail Huseyin was amazing! We're new to the UK and we were completely lost when it came to finding the right home. He helped us and made sure that we found the right place. He answered all my calls, responded to all my emails, drove me and my wife around to show us several properties. He definitively made us feel at home in a new country. Thanks to all his help, hard work and amazing people skills we now have a place we can call home for the next years. We're extremely grateful and have already recommended Ismail and KFH to some of our neighbours that are looking to either rent or buy a new place. Congratulations KFH for having such an amazing person on your team!

GoogleAlthough I did not secure a property through Kinleigh Fokard & Hayward, the level of service provided by Sharell was excellent. She delivered unparalleled customer service, was very welcoming and always communicated the required where necessary. She was super efficient, by getting on the case of finding properties within a couple of hours of providing my specification and assured me throughout the process. The only reason I did not complete was dependant on my job location. I would not hesitate to highly recommend any friends or family should they need to let.

GoogleOutstanding The team made us feel like we were there only clients in pushing the sale of our flat in what was a rather difficult market and time of year. Viewings were quickly arranged and the team gave us feedback the day after all viewings it was helpful and constructive. When the sale was agreed Sophie was brilliant. She kept us up to date and even chased the other agents sale below us when that agent was too tardy to get the facts rights. Great work and thank you for helping us move!

GoogleLast week we finished our re-mortgaging process. Contacted Kate Wallace as she was our mortgage advisor last time when we were first time buyers and we had received excellent service from her. Kate and her team (Georgina etc.) were very responsive and knowledgeable identifying a market leading rate and appropriate lender, according to our requirements. Their communications were excellent and at no time were we chasing them for answers to questions we had asked. A thoroughly professional service. Thanks, Shiril

GoogleJust completed a sale with this estate agent after a terrible experience with a different Beckenham estate agent and wanted to say that Dan Chapman was terrific as were other members of the Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward team. My partner and I were happy about every aspect of the service from KFH and cannot recommend them highly enough - do not use anyone else!!

GoogleI have been very impressed with KFH from the moment they came to value our house until the completion of the sale. We had been with a previous estate agent for 6 months and as soon as we changed to KFH, they sold it very quickly. Andrew was extremely professional and excellent at updating us every step of the way. I highly recommend KFH. They entire team gave a 5 star service at all times.

GoogleDan was great. He was friendly and straightforward, and facilitated several offers on our flat within a couple of weeks. He was prompt with any follow up and made the process feel easy. The photos taken by KFH photographer were very professional and really showcased the flat.

GoogleWe went to KFH, for advise on our mortgage and we couldnt of been happier. After seeing another mortgage advisor, Katie Wallace was fantastic, being a first time buyer, we was unsure about so many things, but Katie was able to explain everything in detail and so we understand what we were getting.
They were able to get us what we were looking for. Great service and would definitely recommend. Todays the day we get our keys. Thank you

GoogleDealt with a number of people at KFH all of which were polite, professional and thorough. Siobhan was excellent at chasing solicitors and ensuring everything went through smoothly and quickly despite it being over the Christmas period. When Siobhan was on holiday, she ensured we could discuss the sale with Sophie who was also excellent. They were also great with arranging the keys for surveys, quotes etc.
Overall we were very happy with the service provided!

GoogleWe purchased a property through KFH and Siobhan last year and the whole process through KFH was made very easy and we felt comfortable throughout the entire purchase journey.
We never felt pressured into anything but Siobhan was very effective at keeping the pressure on the relevant parties to ensure everything concluded in a timely manner.
I would have no issues in using KFH again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy girlfriend and me were searching for a flat a year ago, and Ismail was very helpful and friendly to find a flat. Every time when we wanted to know something, ask something he was always available to answer all of our questions.
We are living in our flat for almost a year and we could not do this without him.
KFH and Ismail are highly recommended by us, and thank you very very much for everything.

GoogleI have found KFH to be a really good and proactive agent for me during the sale of my flat. My first buyer unfortunately pulled out however when I found a second buyer Jonathan really did the business and got the sale over the line. I'd heartily recommend KFH and Jonathan in the Beckenham branch! Many thanks Jonathan and all the team.
