GoogleWe used KFH both to buy our home in Beckenham, and because we had such a good experience then, to recently sell it. Excellent customer service, and really going the extra mile to get things done. Particular thanks to Catherine Wood, who has been a saint. Strongly recommend.

GoogleExtremely satisfied with the service we received from KFH Beckenham. They pulled out all the stops to get us a sale for our flat even with the market being as tricky as it is at the moment. Dan was fantastic, keeping us informed and updating us whenever he could with everything from the viewings right up to the day we completed our sale. Would highly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks KFH!

GoogleAlthough the search for a property to rent continues, my experience with KFH has been a pleasant one. A mention for Emi is a must as she has not only tried to find properties but also given some very useful advice, all done with professionalism and a very cheerful demeanour. Thank you for your ( and continuing ) efforts .

GoogleVery positive experience with David and Catherine at KFH. I was struggling to sell my flat with another local estate agent so approached KFH. We had a good discussion about strategy and I was given the confidence that things would happen. Sure enough, the viewings followed thick and fast, culminating in two good offers not too long afterwards. Communication afterwards was solid as well - I felt like I understood my buyer's status and timescales at all times.

GoogleCatherine Wood was absolutely brilliant. She fully understood our requirements and secured a viewing of our dream house before it even came to market. We have now moved in and are very happy. We would highly recommend her.

GoogleDavid was a calming influence and kept his nerve when difficult buyers made negotiations lengthy and frustrating. He remained positive throughout the sale of my property and I am very grateful to him and the team that I was able to go ahead with moving house.

GoogleI am in process of buying flat marketed through KFH, Beckenham. There have been a few tricky LH issues and I have been really impressed at the way David Rogers at KFH has proactively chased everyone up, and kept us all informed of the current situation. He is always helpful and quick to respond when I have concerns. I would have no hestitation in selling through KFH who work hard to progress the sale.

GoogleFirst class service from Ismail Huseyin at KFH in Beckenham. Ismail listened carefully to what we wanted and, even when I changed my mind a few times, understood our brief and showed us apartments that were just what we were looking for. He also chauffeured me between properties - even when someone reversed into his car, he made sure we got to the next appointment in time. Can't recommend Ismail highly enough. Mag B
