GoogleBillie Blankson is a great person and a wonderful agent. She was very attentive with my husband and I, always looking for the best options for us according to what we were looking. Also want to highlighted that as a different case, being an international student, she was the only one that really understood our situation and was very kindly with us. Congratulations kfh for the great professional you have!

GooglePersonally worked with David Rogers on my purchase. I had horrible experiences with estate agents until I met David. Transparent, clear and honest. Always stayed on top of the deal even when he was out of office, easily contactable and always did the best for me and the seller. Top guy!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe told Anca from KFH exactly what type of property we were looking for and the exact location. Within 24 hours Anca had found us our perfect home and booked us a viewing. We are so grateful, we love our new house! Anca was also really helpful when liaising with solicitors to arrange the completion date. Thank you KFH and Anca!

GoogleHighly recommend KFH Beckenham. Siobhan was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying our house. In fact I would say she was super efficient that we managed the whole process from start to finish within 9 weeks!!! Siobhan did not let anything slide, and was very involved by chasing our Conveyancing Solicitor to get a move.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently used KFH for the sale of our property - Anca has been extremely supportive throughout and has really helped us to understand the process, and pushed through each of the next steps. She's also worked hard to ensure that we exchanged in time to complete before the end of the stamp duty holiday for us and our buyers.

I appreciate their diligence and adherence to established operating procedures. Special thanks to Simone who oversaw the process. She's personable, was always available to answer my queries and understands the rental market and her clients very well.

GoogleSophie at KFH Beckenham has been brilliant throughout the process of buying our new home. In a fairly long chain, Sophie kept in touch with all parts and kept the process moving along. From our first viewing to getting the keys (via the chain almost collapsing elsewhere), Sophie was hugely reassuring and professional and made our buying experience as stress free as possible.

GoogleRecently sold a flat through the KFM Beckenham branch with David R as our advisor and facilitator. It was made more complicated due to lockdown regulations regarding current tenants, but David was helpful and patient throughout the process whilst we went through all the stages from listing, viewings, vacation and the final exchange. Thanks again for all your assistance.

GoogleIsmail has been helping me and my friends with finding properties for us as we are a large Portugese speaking community. Ismail.is by far the best agent we have come across and the only one we will deal with. His people skills are fantastic and he will always give you an honest answer or opinion about whether a property will suit our needs.

GoogleLee Austin at KFH Crystal Palace helped me find a mortgage when my circumstances were rather complicated. He kept looking until he found something which suited my needs, explaining the issues as they arose and ultimately secured the mortgage which allowed me to move when I needed to. Lee and his team were always friendly and responsive. I'd recommend Lee to anyone needing mortgage advice.
