GoogleKFH appreciated the potential of the property we were selling more than other local agents. They have a well defined way of progressing property sales which means you or the property do not get forgotten and as a seller this is what you want. Sophie was very proactive as our assigned agent and was quick to phone whoever if the sales progress became blocked to try to move it along....well done KFH!!

GoogleIsmail at KFH Beckenham did a great job in finding us the perfect rental property. We were not straightforward tenants as we have dogs but he managed to show us a selection of houses to suit our criteria. He is knowledgeable on the area, the property etc and has a very warm and friendly approach. Thanks to Ismail and the team at KFH Beckenham we are very happy in our new home.

GoogleYeah got to say , I tried alot of estate agents, and these guys were a cut above in way they conduct themselves and business and in the quality of properties we were viewing. Lily elvery, was a massive help and got us a beautiful property at such short notice. Also created a group to help us get through the admin, made our life easy ,so reactive so professional

GoogleReally good agents - managed the whole process really well for me. They even did all the viewings for me as the property I was selling was a distance from where I live. Good communications and drove the process through to completion for me liaising well with buyers and my solicitor. Siobhan was very tenacious and got the deal and the timeline that worked well for me. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have worked with Ismail Huseyin many times, have always found him to be a pleasure to work with. He is always keen to help and answers all queries promptly. His friendly, honest and approachable manner makes him easy to deal with, and no doubt helps when showing tenants around. Siobhan Melaugh and her team were very proactive, professional, responsive and courteous in the sale of our town house in Beckenham in very challenging market. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Kate Wallace our mortgage advisor was also equally brilliant. She was very creative in finding us a good lender to our requirements. We would absolutely recommend them. Best estate agents in Beckenham by far!!

I went to view a lovely property, I made an offer immediately and I signed the offer, gave the immediate details required but I NEVER HEARD FROM THE AGENT AGAIN... TILM TODAY.. IT WAS SO SHOCKING..I EVEN MADE 5 CALLS TO THEIR OFFICE BUT I WAS NEVER ASSISTED... NO Call back or even an email.NOTHING....this was for a property I wanted for 1st of July 2024.
