GoogleTerrible service with KFH Lettings. We were embroiled with a horrific landlord and minimal help from the team. Even having moved out they are still causing us problems - 3 months later we have not got our deposit back nor have they refunded us for our rent (despite assuring us they would do so) for moving out early to accommodate a new tenant. Please avoid them at all costs when letting. We are so disappointed with KFH.

Andrew Stavrou and colleagues kept us updated throughout the process, before and after accepting an offer. Andrew was then very helpful at coordinating all parties involved to get the sale over the line. Highly recommended.

GoogleAnca at KFH provided a very efficient sales service, from arranging for us to view the property immediately that it was available, and communicating regularly and promptly throughout the process after our bid was accepted. The process to get to exchange of contracts with a chain of transactions wasn't straight forward but we got there with the minimum of fuss. Thanks Anca.

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with a very competent estate agent (David), who was incredibly helpful when showing us around the various properties that we were interested in seeing. From the moment we started our search for a new home, he listened to our specific needs and preferences, so much so that he showed us a property that wasn't specifically on our radar that happened to be a perfect fit for us (with a little bit of work involved!). His knowledge of the local real estate market is extensive, and he provided valuable insights and guidance that allowed us to make informed decisions. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, promptly responding to emails and phone calls. if it isn't for David, I suspect we would still be looking for that perfect fit. David and KFH were professional throughout

GoogleComing over from South Africa was always going to be difficult and when we were given Ismail details by our friends a big weight was lifted from our shoulders. We could just leave it up to him with video calls and securing the property before we even saw ourselves. We will always be grateful. Ismail is fantastic.

GoogleThe team at KFH Beckenham managed the sale of my property very quickly and efficiently. I received updates at regular intervals without me having to chase them. There was a major obstacle that occurred which was beyond all our control and KFH helped navigate and get the best for both myself and the buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleLily from Beckenham branch has been absolutely amazing start to finish with helping find a suitable rental in the area. She never gave up the search for me when other estate agents from other estate agencies have let me down multiple times , Kept me completely in the loop throughout the whole process. She honestly seem to care about me as a tenant which doesn’t happen often . I couldn’t recommend KFH and Lily anymore if I tried and to be honest won’t ever be using any other estate agency if I need one in the future. Thanks again.
