GoogleWe met Lisa when on a house search during lock down. We were super impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile to find us a new home, so when it came to selling our place a coupke of years later, we thought she would be the perfect person for the job! As is often the case - the buying/ selling process had its bumps along the way. But Lisa was always on hand to try and help smooth things out. She was able to think outside the box, come up with helpful solutions and was always there at the end of the phone when we needed support or advice. We couldn't have asked any more from Lisa and we're really appreciative for all the hard work she put in, and this has all lead to us landing our dream home by the coast. I felt confident that someone was on our side in this stressful process. When things got difficult she came up with solutions and executed these in a professional and honest manner. GoogleADM looked after our purchase. Hannah has been super helpful and responsive throughout the process. She has been proactive, keeping in touch with the agent looking after our sale, helping chase solicitors and keeping the sellers in the loop. The whole team was familiar with our case, meaning that we could call the office and everybody could help if Hannah was not around.

GoogleLisa in the Beckenham office is brilliant. One bed retirements homes are not easy to sell at the best of times and in present circumstances lifetime became very difficult. But Lisa stuck at it keeping the purchaser interested even when it looked like she would withdraw after problems down the chain. She was always on hand and gave me regular updates throughout, and I truly felt she had the best interests of both me (a seller) and the buyer in mind. She kept things moving with all parties concerned and that proved to be quite challenging at times. If I was selling again I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lisa again. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have had a very positive experience with Alan de Maid in Beckenham. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful, especially Lisa who looked after me. It is not an easy time to buy or sell a house but they were always encouraging and I felt they did their very best for me and found me a very good buyer.
