Having had previous bad experience with estate agents, Lisa at Alan de Maid restored my faith and was amazing to work with. She made the sale of my property seem easy, and most of all she genuinely cared. If you are selling the area covered by the Alan De Maid branch, Beckenham, then look no further!! The team at ADM are truly unbelievable and go over and beyond in how they can assist. For this reason, we have purchased 2 properties through them, sold 1 and rented 1, all in the Beckenham area. Munsoor was always at the end of the phone in providing expert advice through times of Brexit (out second purchase with ADM) through to Covid-19 (one of our property sales with ADM). Lisa is massively dedicated to her clients and ensuring they are guided through the entire process with excellent communication. There appears to be no hour of the day where she was would not make herself available to chat, from late night calls, to calls during day off, and even calls during her son’s birthday (I felt bad for that one!) I never write reviews, but you will not find a better team to buy/sell/rent your property in Beckenham.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

An excellent service from Lisa Knight at Alan de Maid. Having used her for my sale (last year) and recent purchase in Beckenham I am more than extremely pleased with the service. Lisa done a great job during my sale sorting out several issues that came up and kept me updated regularly between all parties. The recent purchase doing the same liaising well between me and the vendor as well as the solicitor quickly and efficiently even through the pandemic lockdown. Great professionalism and knowledge in the sales market and communication qualities between all involved is second to none. He was very knowledgeable and helped us so the whole buying process was a really smooth and stress-free experience. His communication was absolutely amazing, always quick and prompt. The whole team at ADM have been great. They pulled all the stops out to get our flat sold in record time after our first buyer pulled out. Lisa is great and knows her stuff. She got the new sale through and we are so grateful to her, not only for her work but also her friendly and approachable nature. We dealt with a couple of other agencies before using ADM. We really should have went straight for Lisa and the team as other estate agencies are amateurs in comparison.

She is friendly, has incredible knowledge about the area and went out her way to find out further information on the property in order for us to make informed decision. Lisa was helpful at all times and proactive. She introduced me to a good decorator,as my flat badly needed painting . When a Buyer was found , she was diligent in checking progress and liaising with the Buyer and the Buyer’s solicitor. When she was not in, her emails were monitored by MAK, the office director ,who always promptly replied to me with relevant information.
