We recently sold our house with Alan de Maid (Beckenham) and had a fantastic experience with them! We had a few different agents round to look at the property and Lisa and Gina were the most personable and professional agents and were genuinely interested in our property. They took time to get to know the property and they gave us confidence in them from the the very start. That confidence wasn’t misplaced as throughout the process they were efficient, great communicators, archived a high yet fair price for our house and dealt with some difficult other parties extremely well! A genuinely really pleasant experience all round with a lovely pair of people! We would most definitely go to them again should we need! Thank you Lisa and Gina at AdM Beckenham! 🙌🏻

Alan De Maid in Beckenham were great throughout the whole process. Lisa Knight dealt with our sale and was extremely helpful from start to finish. Our purchase turned out to be more complex than expected but Lisa helped push things along with our sellers solicitors, going above and beyond to get things over the line. Whilst the purchase was a stressful experience, Lisa helped out hugely and managed ours and our buyers expectations very well. I would definitely recommend Alan De Maid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Amir was rude to my wife and they wont put a offer in without prove even though legally they have to put forward any offer. We viewed a property and they refused to put the offer on same day but they favored a easy purchase. Ross then encouraged a bidding war.

We had a long and bumpy house moving process, mainly because of Covid and the resulting solicitor delays. Lisa was with us the whole way, doing everything she could to help a difficult process along, and finding us a new and even better house when our chain broke down. I called Alan De Maid out of pure desperation as the property they were marketing was at the top of the chain I was in (and my estate agent was not providing me with any details). Lisa did not have to talk to me but she listened to what I had to say and successfully co-ordinated the exchange of contracts within 24 hours of me contacting her, navigating the outstanding points on the contract and speaking to all solicitors in the chain (as well as the leaseholder) to get everything ready.
