It was my first time selling a property but their confidence in their ability to sell gave me the confidence I needed to put it on the market. They were available throughout the whole process and persevered to get the job done.They're a very experienced team of property in the surrounding area and really know their stuff! GoogleLisa was the selling agent on the property we purchased. She was communicative and helped keep the process running, liaising with conveyancers and the vendor and keeping us (the buyers) well informed throughout. We'd certainly considering using Lisa on a future sale, but hopefully not for a good few years.

GoogleI chose Alan de Maid as they offered a competitive service at a very good price. They are a long standing Estate Agent that I remember seeing on the high street from my childhood many years ago! Alan de Maid did not disappoint, after several viewings someone made a cheeky offer that was then negotiated to an acceptable price. We were first time sellers & the buyers first time buyers but we were in good hands with plenty of guidance. We really felt they wanted us to find the perfect place and were our 'go to' estate agents in Beckenham. We were specifically impressed with Karen Looker who went above and beyond to ensure that we could meet our move in date. Without her, we could have been homeless right now!
