GoogleI've given 5 stars because Lisa and everyone in the Beckenham Office have given me excellent service during the process of buying a flat. She was very responsive when there might have been issues with cladding on the building and was innovative in coming up with ideas to smooth the whole transaction. They were happy to assist on matters even when they would not directly profit which shows they care about their local area and their clients what ever their situation maybe at that moment in time.

GoogleWe were impressed by the professionalism and customer handling skills shown by staff at Alan de Maid Beckenham. The office is well managed and operates as a friendly team. The staff worked hard to maintain momentum with the sale in testing market conditions. We were provided with regular informative updates as the sale progressed. The sale fee was very reasonable.

GoogleRubbish. Promised lots and didn't deliver. Had no contact for a month and no call backs when I tried to get in touch. For sale board is still stuck outside house 2 weeks after taking our property off the market. Avoid and go with one of the bigger and more professional agents.
