FacebookTerrible maintenance service. Reported a leak on 29th September - still no visit or fixing done. in contact via email but no-one is being pro-active. Apparently this is an issue that's happened plenty of times before so this issue should really be resolved before the next tennant moves in.

We are currently viewing houses for our second house and I was really disappointed when I asked to book an appointment for a second viewing I was told I would only get 15/20 minutes and that anyway that would be plenty as we’d already seen it once and that the house wasn’t big...I understand saturdays are busy and estate agents need to fit as many appointments as possible but I wasn’t offered another day when I asked about going on a week day...

From start to finish, it has been a pleasure dealing with the Company, who have been both professional and thorough in their dealing s with both potential purchasers and with ourselves Their communications with us have been prompt and informative and we have known at each step of the way whether the recent viewer has received the property well or have had some concerns over various aspects of the property That level of feed back has been of enormous assistance in information terms both for the property (now sold) and any property we may invest in at a later date We are delighted that the property has been sold to a young couple as this is a market that the original agent commissioned on the property seemed not to be able to tap into. The whole experience has therefore been eased by the service provided by Moginie James and if we may we would take this opportunity to thank them for their professional help

From the very first contact to completion day, the team at Moginie James provided a friendly, professional & co-ordinated service throughout. Their knowledge & expertise was really reassuring for a first time seller and any anxiety I had about the daunting process of moving home after over 20years in the house soon dissipated. A fabulous bonus was the ability to conduct a lot of the business in Welsh - Diolch o galon Liz. - and, when the house was sold, to see Gwerthwyd up on the boarding! Special thanks must go to Claire who's positive determination to find a buyer was so reassuring. Rhys in maintenance has dealt swiftly and thoroughly with any issues I've had at the flat and has been exceptionally friendly and understanding and kept in contact constantly.
