I can’t recommend Martin & Co highly enough, especially David. I have been dealing with Martin and Co for over a decade for the letting of a flat in Bath. The service has been professional and friendly most of the time, depending on staff. Ayla Quinton has been particularly good and I enjoy dealing with her. I have been with Martin & Co for a number of years now. They manage the rental and maintenance of property my family own in Bath. The staff at Martin & Co are very professional, friendly, helpful and always keep me well informed. Renting property is never straight forward and often situations arise that require the letting agency to go the extra mile to resolve the issues. I was particularly impressed recently with Kate Armstrong who looks after Marketing and Lettings. Kate recently dealt with and resolved an issue we had with the re-letting of a garage. Without going into the details her tenacity and willingness to come up with a solution that satisfied both myself and a new tenant was brilliant. Caroline Relph has also been very helpful with a number of maintenance and refurbishment works that have been required over the years. She is currently helping with organising and liaising with the tenant for a Kitchen refurbishment project. As mentioned I have been with Martin & Co at Bath for many years now and would say that all the staff I have spoken to are well mannered, always listen, work as a Team and they look to resolve the issues. This ethos starts right from the top with a very competent and well experienced Management Team - Directors Brian and Gaye. Brian and Gaye have a very able team beneath them Caroline Relph, Kate Armstrong and others that run a very good and effective Estate and Letting Agency in Bath.

Ayla-always super helpful and understanding and ready to help solve a situation, be it a 'normal' or a slightly more out-of-the-box one. This helpfulness came during the TA process as well as after I was settled in, particularly related to utilities. Really makes me confident that my property managers are useful and really ready to help me out in protecting and caring for my home (which is a massive breathe of fresh air). David came out to value our very complex house and grounds. We'd just added another dwelling for my in-laws so the whole place had become more of a commune than a simple one family affair.
