Slightly tricky sale for multiple reasons. Belvoir superb when first buyer dropped out, marketing for new buyer then following through the sale. The move manager, Natalie, was absolutely superb liaising with the two firms of solicitors, us and the buyer. I have always used Belvoir for property rental and found them excellent. Having decided to see this house they provided a brilliant responsive service.

Starting with the thorough, professional and accurate house evaluation done by Alastair. Followed by the house viewings expertly arranged and delivered by Katy, Megan and Alastair. And ending with the amazing support from their move manager, Natalie, who updated us regularly with the progress of the sale, pushed for a timely completion speaking with the entire chain and also the solicitors.
Every single time when we called the office and spoke with a member of the team we were impressed with their willingness to answer our questions, to provide help and to ensure that the house sale is actually progressing.

This was the second rental property we have sold through Belvoir. Once again the Sales team were excellent, and two offers over the asking price were achieved in two days. Natalie did a great job in chasing the solicitors and keeping us informed, though I don't know how she manages to cope with the frustrations of that task! We are now out of the rental market, but I would recommend Belvoir for both Lettings management and sales.
