GoogleAfter letting a property for several years, Haart in Basildon have been excellent in handling the sale. We were kept informed with feedback after each viewing and once a buyer was found, have been kept up to date with information on how the sale was progressing. Rebecca Pattenden has worked hard for us by chasing up the purchaser’s solicitors on more than one occasion in order for the sale to be completed as soon as possible which is very much appreciated.

GoogleHaart have been extremely helpful over the past few months during our home purchase journey. Chloe did a fabulous job of accomodating out viewings at short notice and was always patient as we took our time to look around. Rebecca who took over from the point of offer has been superb in keeping us updated on the latest developments and checks in weekly to ensure that things are on track and we are. She has excellent communication skills and again has been patient when we have had issues coming from our end. Overall very happy with the service received from Haart basildon and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future!

Joshua Sutherland which was the Sales Consultant for myself was very helpful in guiding me through the steps in viewing a property. He was very informative as I am a first time buyer, I'm very cautious and like to take extra steps in finding my way however I've been very pleased with his help and the generosity of going out his way to help me out and give me the right tips I need to find my new steps! Highly recommended!

GoogleWould highly recommend using Haart Basildon to sell your home. Both Charlie and Dan were lovely gents and did exactly what they said they would do. They were always available, realistic and open about everything. We also had an open house which resulted in offers. All round very happy. I would definitely work with them again.
