GoogleExcellent from start to finish! I had the pleasure to deal with Louise Hale - Ryan who helped me through the buying process. To cut a long story short...as I was in a chain, I had a nightmare with the sale part of the transaction due to various reasons including a deed surrender and re grant. Louise was there to assist from start to finish and I truly believe that the whole chain would have collapsed if it wasn't for the commitment and efforts of Louise constantly chasing up managing agents and solicitors on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend HAART not only for their professionalism but for their commitment to get the job done! Thank you once again Louise!

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Hayden at Basildon’s Haart, whilst purchasing my first property. Hayden has made this experience a breath of fresh air, and surprisingly stress free. His level of communication has been spot on - always providing information I need and not bombarding me or making me feel pressured. Hayden has gone above and beyond , working late hours for evening viewings, and has been all round fantastic. Hayden’s lovely personality, enthusiasm and professionalism makes for a bright and well-deserved promising career. Also, thanks to Dan and Anthony who have also been really helpful and approachable on Hayden’s non-working day.

GoogleI have sold 3 properties with Haart in the last 6 months, and each time I received a fantastic service. The quality of the viewings were brilliant, my questions were always answered promptly, and Mickey and the team were friendly yet extremely professional throughout. A big thank you to Hayden for going the extra mile and keeping in constant contact with me throughout the process. You have been brilliant, and I truly believe you could sell anything! Also thank you to Louise for the 1000’s of phone calls to and from the solicitors, chasing all the loose ends to get everything tied up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell a property!

GoogleI've spoken to a lot of the guys at Haart Basildon dealing with my sale but Josh has been the one I've dealt with the most. He's always been on the other end of the phone and never had any trouble getting in touch. Josh has been really personable and we have a quick chat before talking about work stuff. I really appreciate that he's kept in regular contact to update me with how things are going with the sale and buyer. I've used Haart for previous sales and this one has gone smoothly again thanks to the team and Josh!

He managed to get the ball rolling straight away and we had every faith that the house would be a success. We could put 100% trust into him with our case and chasing solicitors even when this wasnt really his job to be doing he went above and beyond for us and for that i would highly recommend to go through Haart and there teams.

GoogleIt's been very pleasure purchasing the house through Hart Agent. A warm and excellent service. Louise understood more of my values and one step ahead of sorting and chasing things all the times. There are some factors house taken long way to sort out all issues but i can't comment on Hart as they did not know issues before, so can't blame anyone. Hayden the man who treated me like a friend and very supportive throughout the purchase and best man. Finally i would recommend Hart and specially Louise and Hayden their supportive, interaction is endless. Five stars!!!!

GoogleWe've been dealing with our move manager, Rebecca for a few months now. Our sale/ongoing purchase hasn't been the most straight forward one for us all due to numerous solicitor road blocks but this has been so easy for Rebecca to deal with. She has been fast, efficent and super professional on maintaining all sides of the chain and ensuring each side is happy. She's been available to us at any time of day and really nice to deal with as well. We started with Jake for the initial start of getting the ball rolling for putting our house for sale and he was lovely and then we moved over to Rebecca once we found our buyers. We highly recommend Haart to all in Basildon who are looking for a trustworthy and A* service to get their property sold quickly.

The agent who has shown us around was Chloe Staerck, from the moment she greeted us, we felt at ease, thanks to her warm and welcoming demeanour. We drove for hours before coming to the property and we felt that we were given the time and chance to really view/know the area and property. The approachability and the way she addressed all our queries were greatly appreciated. GoogleAmazing, to put it briefly. Amazing service, friendly staff, goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dan Glover was superb with constant updates. GoogleTop quality service from the team at Haart Basildon. Particular thanks to Josh who did what other agents seem to find impossible, namely doing exactly what he promised to do. Regular phone calls and selling the property within less than a month at more than other agents said was possible. Very highly recommended indeed!!
