I recently sold my property through Haart and can’t recommend them enough. After dealing with another estate agent for 6 months and getting no help or advice from them I turned to Haart to continue the sale process for me. Within a few weeks they had found a buyer for me and helped push the process along. Even with difficulties with communication from my buyer solicitors, Rebecca Pattenden was amazing at pushing the deal through for me, always being very responsive to my emails and giving me updates constantly!!

First-class service from start to finish I bought my property through Hart Basildon, and Aron helped me a huge amount throughout the whole process. He guided me through every step of the purchase, kept me updated regularly, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, he also went above and beyond by sorting out my mortgage as my broker. He found me a great deal, handled all the paperwork efficiently, and made what can be a complicated process feel simple and stress-free. The staffs at Haarts are great, but I want to single out Georgia whom I and my husband have been engaging for our property recently. She is a delight to speak to and professional in her engagements. She possess excellent communication skills and this she was demonstrated the first day we met her with her warm welcone. Through her emails, telephone conversations and text, Georgia has been detailed explaining every process and requirements needed to keep us at ease throughout. She always pick the phone in delight, speak with passion and use my name as if she's known me for years. One thing, I liked about Georgia, was her going above and beyond. This was demonstrated the very first time I spoke to her on the phone regarding a property (and it was also the first time, I contacted Haarts), she went ahead to not just booked the one I requested, but offered another smiliar property to view, the same day within 20mins intervals, to me this is exceptional client service. Having dealt with other estate agents and having worked on client facing roles in my career, I can confidently recommend Georgia as a great asset to Haarts. We recently listed our property for sale through Haarts Basildon, my wife and I cannot recommend the Basildon team enough! Rebecca Pattenden and Dan Glover, communicated and kept us in the loop every step of the way, which we didn't make easy for them as we were always travelling. Rebecca and Dan on top of keeping us completely up to date, both guided and advised us through the process of selling our property, it really felt like they were on our team and working only to our best interests in mind. Trust is very important in these types of transactions and with Rebecca and Dan thats exactly what you can expect to receive trust, complete with professionalism and duty of care. We recently contacted haart Basildon regarding a property we were interested in viewing. At the time, we were informed that an offer had already been accepted, but Chloe mentioned that she would reach out to us if the deal did not go through. To be honest, given a recent experience with a different agency in the area where the agent promised to get back to us and didn’t, we didn’t believe she actually would. We were pleasantly surprised when Chloe reached out a few days later to let us know that the deal had fallen through and that we would be able to view the property.
