As first time buyers we was a little nervous. Joshua was kind, made you feel at ease and very helpful in helping us, with looking at properties aswell as himself and the team helping to secure our future home. Joshua went above and beyond in helping me inside the property and with taking photos and was accessible at all times via phone and email. We are very happy with our experience. To be honest I do not know how to start to show my appreciation of the services I have received from Rebecca and her team at Haart Estate Agents Basildon. Over the past years my husband and I have brought and sold multiple properties, not just in the UK, but in the Netherlands and Greece. This has given us an experience of buying and selling properties spanning over 35 years. We have never experienced the complete professionalism and enthusiasm from an estate agency that we received from Haart. Haart Basildon are excellent in keeping in contact with me, updating on housing and providing useful information, weekly which is incredibly useful. We finally found a house we love and have secured that via Haart. Rebecca Pattenden has been our move manager and has guided us through the process of buying our first home. Top quality service from the team at Haart Basildon. Particular thanks to Josh who did what other agents seem to find impossible, namely doing exactly what he promised to do. Regular phone calls and selling the property within less than a month at more than other agents said was possible. Very highly recommended indeed!! Edit 14/8/23 Whilst I stand by my opinion that the sales team are genuinely fantastic I would strongly recommend that you do not use their recommended solicitors. Just don't. By all means use them to sell your property and you won't be disappointed but use their solicitors and you'll have nothing but delays and frustration September 2023 I enjoyed the 'Billy Big Balls' routine when I was essentially turfed out after the conveyancer neglected to inform me that we had actually completed. I imagine that it would be like being mauled by a Teletubby. Nice to see that the buyer was well represented though. Estate Agents get a hard time but it doesn't make them hard men.
