The entire team at Haart Basildon have been so wonderful to work with, they achieved a fast sale and have gone above and beyond every step of the way so far. Chloe has been such a star and so attentive! And Josh & Dan have also been great at getting the sale across the finish line.

My experience with Haart has been amazing so far. Dan Glover has been superb in making sure the process runs as smoothly as possible. I am buying and selling which is a very stressful time, however Dan puts in 110% to make sure any additional stress is avoided! I would highly recommend Haart Basildon to anyone buying or selling in the area.

The team at Haart in Basildon have been extremely helpful with our house search. As first time buyers, we were quite nervous about looking at houses, but Chloe and Josh made this process very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a new place to live!

We would highly recommend haart Estate Agents Basildon. They are working really hard to help us sell our property. Jorden Cobden was really helpful when she came to do the valuation. She wrote an excellent advert for us plus took some really good pictures. The whole team are really professional, friendly and keep us up to date on what's happening. We have 2 sons who have special needs and they have been very considerate when booking viewers i.e. they understand that "open days" would be difficult for us to do and that we can't have viewers too late in the day. This has been very much appreciated. Mrs and Mr Strode

Rebecca has been very professional and helpful. I am a buyer through Haart and my house sale got delayed due to other parties, hence my purchase with Haart then was ahead of my plans , however Rebecca liaised well with my vendor and subsequent chain to ensure all understood and were accommodated and happy.

Although the sale wasn’t as straight forward and at times seemed to be going incredibly slowly Haart were always professionals and responsive. A special thank you to Rebecca P. Who was exemplary and often went the extra mile to expedite the sale process. Thank you Rebecca

I recently managed the sale of my mum's house through Haart in Basildon. Louise Hale-Ryan kept me informed at each stage and was professional, helpful and informative throughout the sale. A pleasure to deal with during what turned out to be a frustratingly prolonged sale due to a Land Registry issue. Daniel Patten was also a pleasure to work with at the beginning of the sale. He was kind, considerate and understanding towards my elderly mum when showing prospective buyers around the house for which I was very grateful. I would recommend using this branch of Haart if you are considering buying or selling a property.

What a brilliant team at Haart! We have sold our property through Haart and from the start to the end they've been professional, efficient, friendly and a real pleasure to do business with. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a "can do" attitude. Special thanks to Daniel Glover and Rebecca Pattenden - you've continuously kept us informed of the process as it's been running and we'd recommend you both immediately.

If you are selling a property then I highly recommend Haart Estate Agents in Basildon. From the very first phone call, all at the branch were very professional. From the initial first visit to the house to exchange and completion both Daniel and especially Louise have keep me up to date with weekly, if not more, telephone calls. They always phoned me back in a timely manner if they were unavailable when I needed to call them. At all stages of this stressful and for me, emotional experience, Louise has guided me, explained anything I didn't understand and talked me through the procedures and processes as they were happening. Use these guys they were amazing.

Massive thankyou to all of the haart team at basildon branch 5 stars plus.. Especially to Daniel Glover my first point of contact,(absolute gentleman) that took time not just to get information needed for a sale but to explain every little question I had in away that remained professionally but friendly at same time making whole situation very relaxed with no pressure. Daniel Glover was also informed of my complex life style of juggling full time job while being single full time dad of 3,my worries of not being able to respond as fast as other might or not knowing information needed was soon squashed with Daniel being one step in front all the time with communication being spot on. Massive key member of the haart organisation and I hope to continue having this level of service for many years for myself, family and friends... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns before starting our property search but dealing with Josh Sutherland at Haart made this process a lot smoother. He was professional and friendly, showing us some great properties and although we didn't end up purchasing through Haart, I would highly recommend Josh and the team for any property requirements you have.
