I sold my house through Haart. All throughout the process they have been helpful and extremely professional. Daniel was amazing, he was able to match my home with the right buyers and my house was sold within a week. He always went out of his way to make sure everything was done to make the best of my house for it to sell as soon as possible. haart estate agents have been brilliant in helping us to sell our house. This has been our first move in 45 years so were totally unfamiliar with the process. Hayden was great in helping us to get the buyer for our house, showing people round, he is very efficient, polite and helpful, we got our buyer very quickly. The star at haart is Louise, she is a terrific asset to the company. She kept us informed every step of the way and worked tirelessly to get the sale completed. Every time there was a small problem or snag she was straight onto it, nothing was ever too much trouble.We experienced a few problems in the last couple of weeks leading up to the exchange but Louise kept on top of it and made sure everything went smoothly. She was liaising with the buyer and all of the solicitors to get everything completed on time, nothing was too much trouble for her. After 6 stressful months of trying to find a new home with multiple agents and all of them promising the world to me to finding my perfect home, I was lucky to contact Haart in Basildon. After giving my criteria list to Daniel Glover (Sales Manager) he went through everything I needed & actually listened to all my needs in buying a home. He also gave excellent up to date advise due to this being a long time since I bought a new home. He managed to do what many estate agents couldn't do at these extraordinary & unusual times with so few houses on the market at the price we could afford and found us the home of our dreams, in the area we loved & with everything we needed. Listening to clients, understanding their needs, good manners & professionalism is so rarely seen in my opinion these days. If you get the chance to have Daniel Glover as your estate agent whilst you're completing a sale then happy days.
