We just wanted to leave a review for Rebecca Pattenden who works for the after sales at Haart Basildon. She worked very hard behind the scenes communicating between us our buyers and the solicitors to try to keep things moving. It did get a bit stressful at times but she food a great job in calming things down and aiding communication. We’re just waiting to move in after exchanging on our property, Charlie orchestrated the viewing to a newly listed property after disappointingly being outbid on a previous property and we were delighted, we knew straight away this was the house for us. Haart Basildon, managed by an amazing team including Daniel, Charlie, Claudia, Rebecca and Aaron, provided outstanding service from the very beginning until the end. Starting with Charlie and Aaron who helped to get mortgage funds with reasonable interest with the high street bank and then moved to Rebecca who supported us throughout until we get it. The whole team is professional and friendly and keeps us updated on what's happening. Rebecca was outstanding in terms of updating all the information and kept us silent. I had a brilliant service provided by Haart Basildon. Initially Chloe was the point of contact in viewing the house and negotiations which was really good. Dan was also part during negotiations with a lot of help and guidance in getting our lovely next house. Later in the process I was supported by really warm, friendly and a very customer oriented Rebecca who went above and beyond in keeping visibility and transparency of the process (which is amazing) including maintaining the contact with Solicitors. When ever she was happened to be away Charlie was her proxy and he did a seamless job. So overall, it was great team at Haart in Basildon and I wish the team all the best. Had a really positive experience with Haart Basildon, in particular the Estate Agent who showed us around a few houses - Charlie Maynard. Charlie was really friendly, down to earth and talked us through the pro's & cons of each house in a way that wasn't pushy. His advice felt tailored to our needs and interests, and he really understood what we were looking for in our first home. After losing out on the first house we offered on, Charlie kept us in mind for other properties and found us one that was perfect. He booked us a viewing before it even had pictures released on the website which was great. Dan Glover was also really personable on the phone when closing the deal with us and kept us in the loop for both the houses we offered on. We've had a great experience with Haart so far and would definitely recommend.
