Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Haart Basildon. I wasn’t going to leave a review until they chased me to. Just a few of the things that went wrong: - Jake lied to me about the terms - They never answered the phone. Both my solicitor and the estate agent I was buying through also complained to me about this. - They have no sales skills. There was no urgency to sell my property. - Terrible communication. - My back door was left unlocked after viewings. I was away for the weekend so my property was left unsecured for a few days. - There was obviously a problem with my original buyer but they didn’t do enough to find out what was going on meaning my property was off the market for 6 weeks - My property disappeared from Rightmove for a few days and I had keep chasing for them to sort it. Harrison didn’t reply to my emails when I was trying to find out what was happening - they line up viewings for people who cannot afford the property and try to get you to sell for less - terrible admin skills - my property was showing as ‘sold’ in their office when it wasn’t; they rang me 6 weeks after I accepted an offer to see if I’d like a valuation of my property; they didn’t put the sale price on the sales memo for the solicitor; say they’ll email when they don’t - things only got moving when my boyfriend and I started chasing solicitors ourselves

We called heart in regards to an property that was for sale We was in talks with a member of the team called Chloe who was extremely helpful On the visit day another member of the team was there showing use around … from the visit it didn’t seem friendly or helpful Despite the poor performance we decided to put an offer in. Josh who showed us around was the person dealing with the offer and said he would get back to us After a day Josh came back to us with a rejected offer and the house is now sold subject to contract which was totally not fair as you must go back to any buyer to see if they would like to increase there offer We was really disappointed as we did say that this is our first offer To be honest Chloe was amazing and has great communication

Daniel Glover called me on a Sunday regarding a viewing I booked on a. Sunday . I started speaking to him about the property that I actually wanted and had offered on . Used them for the fourth time. Haart are not the cheapest out there however would still recommend them simply due to thier service, directiveness and straight forward honesty. The team are excellent, with consistent updates and going beyond thier usual services to ensure a smooth property exchange. Personal thanks to Danny, Joshua and Rebecca in thier assistance. Its a difficult market out there, and even when times are bad, such as a buyer falling through, Haart certainly put in thier all in getting it back on track.
