GoogleFirst time using Haart for property sale. Started arranging viewings for property with non standard material very quickly. Friendly staff and always felt welcomed in their office. Nothing was too much bother and got a buyer. Haart kept sale on track and Rebecca worked closely with solicitor and buyer solicitor. Their efforts ensured successful completion within the projected completion timeframe. Professional and friendly estate agents. Will recommend

GoogleUsed Haart to sell our property in Basildon. Didn't have the best of starts due to the property being advertised in the wrong location. Once this issue was corrected the house was sold relatively quickly with no major issues. The photos of the property were well presented. 3 stars to HAART. After sale care was looked after by Rebecca, she was helpful in assisting with the buyers and dealing with the conveyancing team. She was always available to take our calls even though we are based in Australia, she responded to emails quickly and kept us in the loop. We would 100% recommend her services. 5 stars to Rebecca.
