GoogleWell, I would say the people who are working in this branch had no idea what they were doing. I was looking for a house in Basildon area and called them. There was a gentleman who answered the phone and got all my info and promised to call me on the day itself to arrange a view of a property, but he didn’t. I called them again in the evening and there was a lady who answered the phone and she said my information is not in the system which made me uncomfortable. I gave the same info again and as usual she promised to called me, but she never called me. Next day, I called and another lady answered the phone, she said my info is not in the system and the house I was looking for was sold … personally I felt they had no professional manners to keep their customer informed and it was unorganized place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Always well presented, although we never expect it, and brilliantly thorough with viewings. GoogleHaart worked really hard for me and my husband to get us moved. There were a few problems with deeds of variation it toke 8 month but we finally moved. Louise was on the case from day one. She knows her job. I recommend haart 100%.
