GoogleOur first time using an estate agent, although not selling, only for valuation purposes,we chose Haart estate agents.
They sent a young man by the name of Josh Sutherland. He was polite and cortious.
He explained what could help increase the valuation of our property, with no pressure.
This was a great service, and young Josh,is a great asset to the haart group.

GoogleHave been working with Dan from Basildon heart agents.
what a lovely chap.
Very accommodating. I must say, I am the most annoying person in the world and very impatient and Dan dealt with our situation very efficiently and professionally.

GoogleWould highly recommend Haart in Basildon. Unfortunately we have had to sell a property for a family member using a Power of Attorney. The property was sold through an open house arranged by Lisa which resulted in several offers - Louise the sales coordinator then ensured the sale went through smoothly and kept us informed of the progress all the way through. The whole sale has gone through very quickly and stress free - we would definitely use Haart again
